Dr. G. L. Sampoorna is a psychologist, author and trainer who is recognised internationally as an expert in the art of personal growth and transformation.
She has a Ph.D in Applied Psychology in the area of forgiveness, and is a pioneer in forgiveness work and research in India. She is a Licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher-Trainer for India and an NLP Master trainer. Since 1980, she has supported thousands of people locally and internationally, in healing from emotional, psychological and psychosomatic problems.
Her innovative approach, called as the Awareness-Integration-Expansion (A-I-E) Model, is holistic, inspiring people to connect within. It combines core psychotherapeutic techniques along with contemporary modalities such as sound, movement, body-based and mindfulness approaches, NLP, play and deep-processing methods. Dedicated to providing high quality mental health care, she founded Rathna Center for Conscious Living (RCCL), Chennai’s leading center for psychological growth and wellbeing.

Her ongoing work at the Saidapet Sub-Jail has received acclaim for significantly reducing recidivism through emotional healing.
