About Teacher Trainings
The reason that we don’t have trainings in numerous locations is that the trainings are always quite international, attracting people from many countries. We have very specific requirements for the hotels we use, and there is a huge amount of preparation required for the training. Each Teacher Trainer has handpicked the location they train in to best serve as many people as possible.
For the same reasons cited above, the answer is no. The first few days of the training have a lot of emotional depth, and it really breaks the energy if you are then with someone who is not experiencing what you are. Please contact the Teacher Trainer, of the training you are interested in attending, to find out if your spouse, partner, or friend can join you in the last few days of the training.

We actually require everyone to stay at the hotel for the week to maintain the group energy and focus on the training. We want you to have a break from your usual routine. The training is a unique opportunity to interact with people from around the world who are like-minded and staying at the hotel with the group facilitates that process after the official sessions end in the evening. We have found that participants often have great interactions outside of the actual hours of the training, and these offer continuing insights into letting go of old patterns and welcoming a whole new level of well-being and abundance on every level.
Because this training is so in-depth emotionally, we don’t offer an online version. The in-person group experience is a vital part of the training.

About Coach Trainings
The Heal Your Life Workshop Leader Training is the prerequisite to the Heal Your Life Coach Training. No matter the knowledge of You Can Heal Your Life or Louise Hay, the Heal Your Life Workshop Leader Training introduces more in depth and personal experiences. The Heal Your Life Coach training builds on that and cannot be completed without taking the first course.
Just like the Heal Your Life Workshop Leader Training, this training is so in-depth emotionally we don’t offer an online version. The in-person group experience is a vital part of the training.

It also explains clearly at the top of that page that the coaches have completed advanced training with us. Some participants in the workshop leader training have completed a coach training elsewhere, so they can do coaching, but they cannot call themselves HYL coaches.
In 1995, the training began as just a one-week workshop leader training. In the last decade, with the expansion of life coaching as a profession, it became clear that we needed to offer a new advanced program to train HYL life coaches. The initial week remains the same – the HYL workshop leader training is specifically to train you to lead workshops and study groups. You receive the manuals, audios, and handouts for leading them. The advanced level is our life coach training, for working one to one. Participants in the advanced training receive another manual that is specifically for working with individuals. The two trainings are very different. We do have some people who offer one-to-one workshops after the initial training. They take people through the exercises in the workshop and/or study group manuals on an individual basis, but this is different from coaching.
