Several few years ago Rick and I developed this wonderful three hour workshop for a community college audience. It was very well received. This 3 hour workshop focuses on building self-esteem and includes a very creative PowerPoint presentation. These materials are appropriate for junior high age (13 years old) to adults. This workshop is excellent for junior high schools, high schools, colleges, women’s groups, community groups, and recovery facilities. It presents the Heal Your Life and Cosmic Kitchen concepts simply yet effectively. Although it’s organized as a 3 hour workshop, it can be shortened to one and a half hours or extended to 5 or even 6 hours with more discussion and exercises.
