Originally created as a teleclass to address the obstacles of getting together
in person, it has been recently updated to pair well with the Zoom platform. When Sandra created it, she combined materials from first six weeks of the study group along with some of the two-day format (leaving out intense exercises not suitable for online). Each week is ninety-minutes in duration, from start to finish. AND there is an easy to follow, complete word-by-word script plus new meditations! Accompanying slides also included!
