Aylin is a training consultant, author, coach, and keynote speaker specializing in professional and personal development for the past twenty years.

She is a certified Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader and Coach Trainer for Turkey, delivering Heal Your Life Teacher Trainings, Coach Trainings in Turkish and also delivering HYL workshops and coaching both in Turkish and English.

Her areas of expertise include psychological well-being, emotional and mental resilience, cognitive flexibility, and fostering intrinsic motivation through meaning. She is the founder of BeWell Training based in Istanbul, Turkey, offering corporate workshops, training programs, and consulting services in these domains to companies.

She is internationally certified as an Academic Associate in Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy, a meaning-centered therapeutic approach developed by neurologist and psychiatrist Viktor Frankl. For the past few years, she’s being trained in Jungian Psychotherapy, further deepening her expertise in integrative psychological approaches.

In addition to her work in well-being and resilience, Aylin delivers programs on relationships, communication, leadership, and presentation skills. She works as a Dale Carnegie Trainer, both for Turkey and Netherlands, delivering corporate and public courses on personal growth, presentation mastery, and leadership.

As an author, Aylin has published three books: Aynada Seni Gördüm (I Saw You in the Mirror), Bir Güven Meselesi (A Matter of Trust) and Aslında Öyle Değil (Actually, It’s Not Like That).

Born in 1973, Aylin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Prior to her work in training and coaching, she built a career in media, working in Sales, Marketing and Projects as a director.

She has two sons and currently resides in Istanbul.
